Red Blend - Akkerdal - Passion

A magical wine with a unique mouth feel, ripe berry fruit intensity, aromatic character of spices along with some violets and blackberry fruit on the palate. Warm fruitcake and mulberry, while spices and mocha coffee flavours can add multi-layered nose and the sunshine of the Pinotage. (Rhone style).

Serve with: Duck, lamb roast, red meat, oxtail, ostrich, bredies, goulash, game dishes - such as Kudu, springbok and guinea fowl.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 14 - 18 ° C.
